HTC is preparing to move into the Latin America and Mexico market, it appears.  One of the steps towards this, the acquisition of Simploos.com as a HTC client company, has recently been completed.  Now the company is preparing to use Houston, Texas, as the gateway to the South American market.  The company has also made a pledge with the Instituto de Innovacion y Transferencia de Tecnologia and with the governor of the city of Nuevo Leon and will be preparing to launch business ventures and development deals with both.  With agreements like this, the whole world may be using HTC before we know it!
