Japan has never had an Android device, but all that is about to change when NTT DoCoMo released the HT-03A, their name for the HTC Magic. The device will go head to head with the powerful phones already on the market in Japan, but it will be the only one running Android for now. To make the HT-03A even more popular, it has been submitted to the US FCC, meaning it will have global roaming features for those who do a lot of traveling. The HT-03A may need every bit of an edge that it can get since many other Android phones are set to be released in Japan in 2009.
