A number of sites have gotten their hands on the upcoming HTC Touch Diamond and provide in-depth reviews of the HTC Touch Diamond. The latest coming from

The folks over at PocketNow have extracted the video for your viewing pleasure. Notice the email in the video. While it certainly looks amazing, you have to wonder if this could be difficult to navigate compared to how mail is viewed now on a traditional Windows Mobile device.

Still weeks away from the release of the HTC Touch Diamond (even longer in the US), but it appears that HTC has put some work into creating accessories for the HTC Touch Diamond that are designed for the style conscious.
Creating a stylish smartphone is one thing, but it looks as if HTC has their sights set on creating a line of accessories that offer both form and function. A new HTC Touch Diamond cradle will be released in conjuction with the new phone and will feature a glossy black finish along with the signature "diamond" lines.

HTC is clearly targeting the Apple iPhone and it certainly makes sense given the popularity and success of Apple's phone. One of features found in the soon-to-be released HTC Touch Diamond is the touch "iPhone-like" keyboard. A few adventurous coders have found a way to extract the keyboard for use on existing devices.

High Tech Computer Corp. has sent the recently announced HTC Touch Diamond to the FCC for approval, a step that is necessary before they can make it available in the US market.
Acording to the documents, HTC is seeking FCC approval on the GSM version of the Touch Diamond. HTC stated last week that we can expect to see the release of the Touch Diamond in the second half of 2008. No word on a CDMA version, but many expect Sprint to release a Rev. A compatible Touch Diamond before year's end.

HTC hosted a special event today to announce the upcoming release of the new HTC Touch Diamond. The HTC Touch Diamond is a radical shift from the original Touch offering a new 3-D user interface that pits it directly against the iPhone. The new HTC Touch Diamond will be available in June in Europe, with US customers having to wait until the second half of 2008.
