some of the programs that i like which are usually the ones i hunt for first with any windows mobile based phone are:
1. siriuswm5 (streaming sirius radio on the phone which also works for WM6)
2. contactfix (changes contacts to firstname, lastname)
3. pdanet (use your phone as a modem without the extra fees)
4. sktools (registry cleaner and well as frees ram)

thats pretty much it.. anything else i find as i go.. and of course the other thing i do right away is look for some themes that are out.. personalize the look... well, thats it for me.. what must have apps do you like???
