Re-install stock HTC software

Hi all,

I recently purchased a HTC Diamond, unlocked so any sim card works but its been rebadged for a telco in Australia. I was wondering if there is a way to blow away the software completely and reinstall the stock HTC software, like formatting a PC and re-installing the stock OS again?

The preloaded telco software is driving me up the wall.

i would think that if you went to the htc website and downloaded the flash appropriate for your phone that should work..
