HTC has scheduled an event for Tuesday, May 6th in London to "Witness the next wave of HTC Innovation".

HTC has scheduled an event for Tuesday, May 6th in London to "Witness the next wave of HTC Innovation".

Beyond the invite, there isn't much to go on and this has led to speculation throughout the blogosphere. EngadgetMobile predicts an update to the GSM Touch. If that were the case, we venture to say it might happen stateside with a launch on AT&T. WM Experts predicts an update to TouchFLO, as screenshots of Manilla have been previously leaked. While HTC has committed to delivering the HTC Dream, the first device to run Google's Android, this event appears to be too early for this device.

Lastly, it's quite curious how they capitilize Innovation on the invite. Either that was an oversight or perhaps the event will surround some new product(s) under the moniker HTC Innovation.
