HTC's "Manilla" is a customized interface that sits atop Windows Mobile 6.1 and is reportedly being worked on for an upcoming HTC device. Check out a few of the screenshots after the break.

Microsoft is rumored to be announcing the release of Windows Mobile 6.1 on April 1st. This upcoming device from HTC clearly shows AT&T as the carrier.
